The optris PI 450i G7 and PI 640 G7 thermal imagers are the first industry-specific models in the PI series. Developed for the glass industry, they have a spectral sensitivity of 7.9 μm. The measuring range of 150 °C to 1500 °C allows use in various applications in the production, finishing and further processing of glass sheets, glass bottles and other glass products. These infrared cameras are used when temperature values within a field need to be recorded. The infrared imager is used as a linear camera in flat glass production and offers a wide range of possibilities for documentation and process control. In view of the low price, an infrared camera might be the best solution compared to many individual pyrometers. Important Parameters: - Temperature range: 150 °C - 1,500 °C - Spectral range: 7.9 µm
- Image frequency: up to 125 Hz - Measurements: 46 mm x 56 mm x 68 - 100 mm
