The 800nm spectral range of the new optris PI 08M infrared camera minimizes measurement errors in case of unknown or variable emissivities, because radiation above this range is excellently blocked. Thanks to the spectral range and the continuous measuring range of 575 to 1900 °C, they enable temperature measurement of laser processing applications. The frame rate of 1 kHz and the very high optical resolution offer optimum adaptation to the respective application. Important Data:
- Highly dynamic CMOS detector. - Optical resolution of up to 764 x 480 pixels. - Temperature range without lower ranges: 900 °C to 2000 °C. - Special spectral response at 800 nm ideal for almost all NIR and CO2 laser processing applications. - Image frequencies of up to 1 kHz for fast processes. - Real-time output of the average pixels in a response time of 1 ms. - Analysis software with no license limit and complete SDK included.
