Optris CT G5/OPTRIS/Thermography

The stainless steel sensing head is extremely small and resistant to high ambient temperatures of up to 85°C without the need for additional cooling. The measurement range is between 100 °C and 1650 °C.

Thanks to its special spectral range of 5.0 μm, the optris CT G5 pyrometer is ideal for measuring the temperature of glass, for example, monitoring the sterilization of glass bottles, which is important to produce aseptic bottles for pharmaceutical products, in the production of flat glass lines, glass packaging machines, the production of light bulbs as well as in the manufacture of glass for automobiles. Furthermore, the measuring device is also useful in temperature control in solar cell production.
